My 1:1 coaching programs are designed to help you create nutrition habits that you can sustain long term.

  1. Bi weekly or weekly progress check ins to address any questions or struggles you may have.

  2. Grocery shopping and kitchen setup guidance to help you stay consistent with meal planning and preparation.

  3. Monitoring of My Fitness Pal regularly with suggestions if needed.

Nutrition Consultation

A one hour meetup geared to kickstarting your goals.

This includes:

  1. 1 hour nutrition education session 

  2. Discussion of your current eating habits 

  3. Recommendations given on your current habits and modifications to same.

  4. Discussion on health alternatives and snacks/meal examples provided.

  5. Mary recommends attending sessions with a 1 week food journal so she can analyze and recommend.

  6. Addressing any concerns you may have.

Personal Training

My signature 1:1 coaching programs are designed to help you create habits that you can sustain long term.

  1. A fully customized training program that you can do either at home or at the gym. The choice is yours.

  2. Bi weekly or weekly progress check ins to address any questions or struggles you may have.

  3. Messaging support
